The Tablo ecosystem doesn’t end with the physical Tablo system. We built applications such as TabloHub for providers to easily access machine, treatment, and service data and training materials with reports at their fingertips, Tablo Dash to improve Outset’s field performance and R&D operations, and myTablo for patients. We built a data lake to collect, collate, and analyze data in real-time. These products work in conjunction with the Tablo device to leverage its technical and data collection prowess.

The Tablo Hemodialysis System is the only dialysis machine that transmits detailed machine performance and treatment data in near real-time for all machines in one location.
Outset real-time data architecture enables our providers to monitor the device remotely, which turned out to be invaluable during COVID-19. As many dialysis providers begin setting up home dialysis operations, this is going to be an even more critical capability that can be used to manage a large number of home patients remotely.

Start utilizing Tablo without lengthy EMR integrations
Not only can providers monitor treatments in near real-time, but they can access all historical flowsheets on a web portal anytime, anywhere. This is a huge advantage for providers as they can start using Tablo devices from day one without any EMR integrations.

Tablo sends treatment, disinfects and machine performance data to Tablo Cloud. Customers can access and download treatment flowsheets, disinfect reports and service repairs data from anywhere, anytime, including mobile devices. We’ve heard feedback from customers that the disinfect report feature has been handy during surprise audits. All the data available at the customer’s fingertips, no matter what the auditor asks for! Tablo’s state of the art technology takes the burden of record-keeping off of the nursing staff.
Interactive features and products reduce training time and improve retention
Outset has designed the system to make things easier for the user by automating complex tasks in the backend – just like the Apple iPhone. The user interface is extremely easy to use and intuitive with touch screen operations and audio/video guidance.
The system simplifies training for new users. It is imperative to have very easy training tools to improve training efficiency, whether we’re training a dialysis unit nurse or an ICU nurse managing treatments in the critical care setting. Our web and tablet-based training tools make it easy and convenient to get trained on the go.
Patients also use tablet-based training for self-care while going through their treatments. This solution has helped to bring down the training time from weeks to hours.
TabloHub is an online training portal providing easy access to training materials. Users can review the training material anytime and as many times as they want. The training material includes videos, course work, as well as documentation. Clinic team members can also track patient training progress.
Remote software updates reduce disruptions
Just like Tesla’s capacity to make over-the-air updates to its cars, Outset has developed a technology platform that can push new software upgrades remotely to any Tablo. As the only dialysis machine with 2-way wireless communication, we can roll out new software updates within hours. This is especially important if there is a need to roll out critical fixes or features that minimize machine downtime and field service exposure like those required during Covid-19.
