Laura Romike joined Outset as SVP, Sales in April 2023 and was promoted to EVP, Sales and Marketing in August 2025. She brings over 27 years of extensive experience in the healthcare MedTech industry and 15 years of dynamic leadership in healthcare to her role. Prior to joining Outset, Laura held various leadership positions at Becton Dickinson (BD), where she served as National Vice President, Area Vice President, and held several other key roles during her 18-year tenure. Her journey at BD began with the acquisition of CareFusion Corporation. Before joining BD, Laura contributed her expertise to organizations such as Vitas Healthcare, Philips, and Nuance Communications. Her diverse background has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare landscape and positioned her as a leader in the field.
Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management from Indiana University, laying a solid foundation for her career in healthcare leadership.
