Brittni McGill joined Outset in July 2025 as Chief Nursing Officer. Before joining Outset, she dedicated over 18 years of her career to Norman Regional Health System, beginning her journey as a nursing school student. Leveraging her extensive clinical and operational leadership experience, she successfully launched numerous new programs and services across the system, driving innovation and enhancing patient care. Brittni led teams to achieve excellence, exemplified by the creation of Centers of Excellence, and played a pivotal role in establishing the OU College of Nursing satellite school where she developed various tech-to-licensed clinician roles.
Her leadership and commitment to quality care have been recognized through prestigious awards such as the Norman Next 40 under 40, Oklahoma Magazine 40 under 40, and Becker’s Hospital Review Rising Star. A Leadership Norman graduate, Brittni values the power of relationships in driving success.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Brittni is actively involved in the community, serving on various non-profit boards that benefit local citizens, particularly in healthcare.
Brittni earned a Bachelor of Nursing from University of Oklahoma and her MSN from The University of Texas at Arlington. She is currently completing her doctoral work from Baylor University in Executive Nursing Leadership.
