Ryan Elliott serves as Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at Outset Medical, bringing over 20 years of progressive finance experience to the role, including more than 15 years focused exclusively in the medical device industry.

Ryan joined Outset in 2023 as Senior Director of FP&A and was promoted to Vice President in May 2026. In this role, he leads the FP&A organization with responsibility for financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics across the business. He has been instrumental in driving cost savings, improving financial visibility, and building the forecasting tools and analytical frameworks that support Outset’s commercial and operational strategy.

Prior to Outset, Ryan served as Senior Director at Baxter and Director at Becton Dickinson, where he led finance organizations spanning multiple countries and supported businesses across both capital equipment and consumables. He also held earlier finance roles at UPS.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Smeal College of Business at The Pennsylvania State University and a Managerial Accounting Certificate from San Diego State University. He is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
