Jaime Pulido joined Outset Medical in May 2026 and leads the company’s finance organization, including accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, FP&A, and finance transformation initiatives.

Jaime brings over 20 years of experience building and leading finance organizations across multinational, publicly traded companies. Prior to joining Outset Medical, he served as Vice President, Global Controller at Establishment Labs, a NASDAQ-listed medical technology company. In this role, he played a key leadership part in the company’s initial public offering and in scaling the global finance function post-IPO.

During his tenure, Jaime oversaw finance operations across 85+ countries and 15 subsidiaries, managing global reporting, compliance, and multi-entity consolidations under U.S. GAAP and IFRS. He led the conversion of distributor markets into direct operations, establishing full back-office infrastructures across multiple regions in the Americas and Europe. He also drove the global implementation of ERP and consolidation systems, significantly improving reporting timelines, strengthening internal controls, and enhancing decision-making capabilities.

Earlier in his career, Jaime held senior finance leadership roles at A.P. Moller – Maersk Group, where he managed regional finance operations across North and Latin America and led initiatives to improve operational and financial performance.

Jaime is known for building high-performing teams and partnering with executive leadership to support scalable growth, strengthen governance, and drive operational excellence. He holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida International University.
