Technical Service

Outset’s field service team is fast, knowledgeable and responsive, providing reliable technical service for all critical elements of the Tablo system. The team delivers exceptional value to support customers’ dialysis program goals, with various levels of coverage available.
Service agreements are designed to ensure staff feels confident, equipped and supported in managing their dialysis program. Plans may include a combination of planned maintenance, onsite support, phone support, software updates, digital access and technical training.
For customers with on-staff technical support teams, Outset can train your existing biomed staff to manage day-to-day repair and maintenance of the Tablo system. Customers participating in the Biomed Partnership program will benefit from operational independence that provides quick technical responsiveness, helping to speed up initiation of service uptime while also reducing cost compared to a full-service agreement. Capable of servicing the majority of technical issues, those participating in the Biomed Partnership will maintain 24/7 phone support and on-demand field support when needed
Details of these agreements can be provided by contacting your local Outset Medical representative, calling 844-MYTABLO (698 2256), or submitting a contact form below.
