At Outset Medical, we seek to engage candidates in a transparent manner. Please be aware of potentially fraudulent job postings on other websites or suspicious recruiting email or text messages that attempt to collect your confidential information.

We will NEVER:

  • Ask candidates to provide us with money to complete the application, interview or onboarding process.
  • Send candidates money during the application, interview or onboarding process. The only exception is if you incur reimbursable expenses in connection with attending an on-site interview, such as airline tickets, parking expenses and similar expenses. Expenses are reimbursed after they are incurred.
  • Conduct interviews via chat. We may communicate through recruiting platform messaging (e.g. LinkedIn) for purposes of determining a candidate’s interest in applying to a certain position or for scheduling interviews.
  • Ask candidates to send us their credit reports.
  • Ask candidates to provide us with account numbers, social security numbers and other similar information over email or messaging services. Where such information is needed, we provide our candidates with secure applications that have features that are designed to protect the confidentiality of their information.
  • Ask candidates to install any software as part of our interview process.
With very few exceptions, we do not contact individuals for jobs that we do not have listed on our careers website.

If you have been contacted by someone about a position at Outset and you would like to confirm whether the outreach is legitimate, or are concerned that an offer of employment with Outset Medical might be a scam, please verify by searching for the posting on the careers page or contact us at [email protected] or (844) MYTABLO.
